How we work
01Intro + scope
A quick email, a 30 minute call, and we decide if we're a good fit. We scope the work, align on outcomes, and give you a clear budget band and timeline. If you need a designer or copy partner, we'll point you to our people.
02Strategy + plan
We map user flows, pick the stack. Expect an an actionable tech plan, milestones, and a firm estimate with clear deliverables and no fuzzy promises.
03Build + iterate
We stage early and often. You get live builds at key checkpoints, weekly standups, and incremental demos. We move fast, write tidy code, and keep you in the loop so there are no surprises.
04Content, QA + polish
We hand you a content checklist and train your team to populate the CMS. Then we lock in a short, focused QA window: bug triage, fixes, and final tweaks. We test on devices you care about and make sure things behave.
05Launch + stay sharp
We deploy, hand over credentials and docs, and stay available for 30 days of launch support. After that you can keep us on retainer, hire us as a fractional CTO, or bring us back for the next version.
